The Role We're currently looking for a Personal Assistant to provide advanced high level administrative support to the Director Nursing, Midwifery and Clinical Governance (DNMCG). The position provides a wide range of advanced clerical, administrative and day-to-day support including but not limited to:
Diary and phone management Coordination and prioritisation of daily tasks and meeting papers Electronic and paper-based document management, including directorate requisitions and recruitment Organisation of meetings, site visits and associated travel arrangements Secretariat support, as required.
