They have multiple projects nationally and are currently experiencing a phase of growth.

Your role This is a varied role in a fast-paced environment where you will be providing support to the Senior Business Manager and assist with a variety of project administration.
With your proactive attitude and extensive organisation skills you will manage the following tasks.
Project administration: create proposal numbers, job set up and variation requests including document management.
Book travel, accommodation and car hire along with equipment required for project staff.
Schedule inception and follow up client meetings, take minutes and provide general administration support.
Process expenses and invoices as well as support with end of month cost allocations.
Assist field staff with queries across a broad range of projects.
Onboarding staff and ensuring inductions are complete.
Generating purchase orders and ensuring they accurately allocated to the relevant projects.
About You With outstanding organisation skills you will thrive in this challenging role relying on your ability to think on your feet and prioritise effectively.
This is a temporary to permanent opportunity to commence asap.
Exceptional abilities working with MS Suite will support you to succeed in this role.
Experience with CloudBlue PSA (previously Harmony PSA) project management tool would also be advantageous.
