Executive Personal Assistant (Junior to Mid-Level) About the Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised EA/PA to provide dedicated support to our client's director.
This role is ideal for a self-starter who excels at anticipating needs and managing day-to-day activities to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities Prepare and brief the Director for all meetings, ensuring they are fully informed and organised for each day.Coordinate daily schedules, manage appointments, and organise meetings.Prepare documents, manage inbox, and handle correspondence.Arrange travel, accommodations, and other logistical needs.Personal Support: Manage personal tasks as required, including scheduling, household management, shopping & delegation and ad hoc errands.Key Skills & Attributes Proactive & Detail-Oriented: Able to anticipate needs and manage priorities with minimal supervision.Excellent Communicator: Strong verbal and written skills for effective communication and correspondence.Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and adaptable to new tools.Qualifications 1-3 years in a Personal or Executive Assistant role, ideally in a fast-paced environment.Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.To Apply
