PA, EA & Secretarial (Administration & Office Support)World Class Conveyancing is looking for a fabulous personal assistant for the busy Director.The busy director runs 3 Conveyancing companies and really needs help with everything.The perfect candidate will have the following skills:Great attention to detailEasy going and willing to lend a hand in all aspects of business and some personal tasksCan think quickly on their feetEager to help the director succeed and free up time so she can focus on bigger tasksSome of the tasks involved are as follows:Assistance with personal tasksManaging calls on mobilesLiaising with other parties including clients, team members, business associates, or any party involved in Conveyancing or the business/personal as a wholeAssisting with any social media tasks neededAssisting with any payroll or Xero tasks needed / liaising with accountant if neededCalendar management / booking or managing appointmentsAttending to Australia Post / banking if needed, very littleMeeting with clients if neededDrop off or collection of documents if neededGeneral tasks or any ad hoc dutiesAssist the director with whatever she may needThe role can be part-time or full-time.
You may need to work a Saturday in lieu of a weekday to assist with attending some auctions or open homes.Please keep in mind this is a personal assistant role, so you will be managing the personal life and business life of the director.We are a great team at World Class Conveyancing / related companies.
