The Role
Our client is an ASX-listed Property Company based in the CBD looking to expand their team. Their focus is on unlocking value in real estate assets and delivering strong investment returns. This is a rare opportunity to join a highly respected company and be mentored by some of the best in the industry. It would suit someone who has worked as an EA or Team Assistant in a corporate environment such as finance, property, or legal.
The Duties:
Extensive diary & email management Coordination & set-up of internal & external meetings Liaise with suppliers & other external stakeholders Assist with the co-ordination of reports, presentations, & papers Travel arrangements Invoice and expense processing General office administration and support to the wider team The Ideal Candidate: Attention to detail and delivery of high-quality and timely outputs A Team player – always considering others in your team and working collaboratively. Exceptional organizational and time management skills Flexibility and resilience to manage rapidly changing priorities and demands.
