Position Overview: We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Personal Assistant to join our team at Mindesigns, a fast-growing digital marketing agency based in Cairns.
This role will provide essential administrative and project management support to our leadership team, ensuring the smooth running of daily operations.
The ideal candidate will have strong marketing expertise, be fluent in Spanish, and possess solid experience with social media management.
The position is primarily office-based at our Cairns location, with occasional work-from-home options available.
Key Responsibilities: Administrative Support: Manage executive calendars, schedule meetings and appointments, handle communications, and maintain well-organised records and office systems.Project Management Assistance: Monitor project timelines, ensure deadlines are met, and support coordination across teams to keep projects on track.Sales Support: Maintain CRM updates, prepare sales reports, follow up with leads and clients, and assist in preparing proposals and contracts.Marketing & Social Media Support: Assist with coordinating marketing materials, managing social media schedules, and supporting campaign execution.Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel, including booking flights, accommodations, and preparing itineraries for the leadership team when required.Required Competencies and Skills: Language Proficiency: Fluent in Spanish and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills in both.Local Presence: Must be based in Cairns and available to work primarily from our office, with occasional flexibility to work from home.Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of digital marketing, with practical experience in social media management.Organisational Skills: Exceptional ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage competing priorities efficiently.Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and project management tools such as Monday.com.Confidentiality & Professionalism: Demonstrates discretion in handling sensitive information and maintains a high level of professionalism.This position offers a fantastic opportunity for growth within a supportive, collaborative team environment.

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000 AUD, depending on credentials and experience.
