About the Role: We are looking for a PA / Administrator who can act as the MD's primary point of contact and supporting him in running the business.
Key duties will include tasks such as managing emails and inquiries, scheduling meeting & prioritising appointments, preparing project documentation and engaging with stakeholders in a professional manner.
Required Experience: Hold min 2 years' experience working as a PA/EA to management in a professional services environment.
Have advanced skillset and proficiency in MS Office Suits and some experience in using project management tools.
Have excellent organisational and communication skills Hold experience in problem solving and able to anticipate needs in the business.
