Due to our strong business growth, we are seeking the appointment of a Personal Assistant to support our senior team in Newcastle .
As one of Australia's most successful independent water industry consultancies, Beca HunterH2O is leading the delivery of some of the country's most varied and challenging water projects, and together with our small company culture, you will have the opportunity to drive these projects from start to finish, steering your professional development along the way.
About you Qualifications and experience criteria Significant prior experience as a Personal Assistant working for an executive manager or senior management team.
A high level of written and oral communication skills including using word processing, spreadsheet and presentation software packages such as MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent organisational and time management skills with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to use sound judgement, contributing to new ideas and continuous improvement opportunities.
Ability to develop and maintain stakeholder relationships including responding to stakeholder needs and expectations.
Ability to use integrity to maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism.
Ability to develop objectives for short term tasks and participate in strategic planning for longer term initiatives.
