Personal Assistant We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in our exciting offices either based in NSW or Queensland.
The role will undertake a wide range of administrative duties associated with the daily management and operation of the Executive's workload.
Strong communication, excellent time management and problem-solving skills are essential.

In this Personal Assistant role, you will Oversee diary management, including room bookings Organise online travel bookings as required Seek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacity Maintain processes relating to confidential colleague and/or department data, ensuring security of confidential information. Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to the appropriate person Demonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensure compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and procedures What you'll bring Previous administration experience Able to work at pace and independently High energy and enthusiastic attitude Ability to prioritise a busy workload Excellent computer skills and strong knowledge of excel preferred Ability to be highly organised and dependable Superior interpersonal and communication skills Ability to support the objectives and values of both the company and the Executives A diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
