Work type: Permanent Full time Region: NSW- Sydney CBD, NSW- Sydney inner, QLD- Brisbane inner, QLD- Brisbane North & Sunshine Coast, QLD- Brisbane South & Gold Coast, QLD- Central coast region Personal Assistant We are seeking an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant to support a busy executive in our exciting offices either based in NSW or Queensland.
The role will undertake a wide range of administrative duties associated with the daily management and operation of the Executive's workload.
Strong communication, excellent time management and problem-solving skills are essential.

In this Personal Assistant role, you will Oversee diary management, including room bookingsOrganise online travel bookings as requiredSeek direction from the Executive to clarify and prioritise the workload and call out volume issues and seek additional work when you have capacityMaintain processes relating to confidential colleague and/or department data, ensuring security of confidential information.Ensure enquiries are dealt with in a professional and effective manner, through either personally handling or delegating them to the appropriate personDemonstrate professional and ethical behaviour in all actions and ensure compliance with external legislation, bank standards and internal operating policies and proceduresWhat you'll bring Previous administration experienceAble to work at pace and independentlyHigh energy and enthusiastic attitudeAbility to prioritise a busy workloadExcellent computer skills and strong knowledge of excel preferredAbility to be highly organised and dependableSuperior interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to support the objectives and values of both the company and the ExecutivesA diverse and inclusive workplace works better for everyone.
