About the role Working closely with the Executive Assistant to the Chief Financial & Strategy Officer, this role will primarily support the Deputy Chief Financial Officer (Deputy CFO) & the General Manager of Treasury Business Solutions (TBS).

This position will also provide assistance with key deliverables for the Investor Relations team and ad hoc support for the Corporate Finance & Strategy Leadership Team.

Manage the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS diaries including scheduling and negotiating meetings. Prepare and reconcile expense claims for the Deputy CFO and GM, TBS ensuring compliance within policy. Manage ad hoc complex travel arrangements for senior leaders adhering to policy guidelines. Attend meetings, distribute agendas, record action items, and ensure follow-up within set deadlines. Coordinate all Investor Relations events, maintain an annual IR calendar, and ensure all interactions are recorded in the CRM system. Process invoices, create purchase orders, receipt invoices, and manage vendor additions in the JDE and MyContracts system. Organise team events, town halls, offsites, and conferences. Handle team communications, support onboarding, and manage general administrative tasks. Assist with planning cycles, coordinate ad hoc meetings, maintain policy libraries, and provide general administrative support for the CF&S Leadership Team. Your proactive approach and keen eye for detail enable you to anticipate needs and deliver exceptional support.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office. Proven ability to manage confidential information in a discreet and appropriate manner. Ability to work effectively and efficiently under pressure. Strong organisational skills.
