MD Demolition is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to the Directors of the company.
The position is full-time located in Campbellfield.
Key Responsibilities:
Efficiently manage the directors' schedules and meetings.
Provide comprehensive support for meetings, document distribution, and mail handling.
Assist during and with other administrative duties.
Ensure timely processing of quotes and invoices.
Must be able to use and understand Xero.
Offer assistance to the team as required, ensuring smooth operations.
Maintain smooth operation in the office.

Be organised and efficient.
Qualifications & Experience:
Experience in supporting senior leadership preferable in the construction industry.
Strong organization and time management skills.
Managing multiple tasks while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
XERO and excellent emailing and computer skills.
