Key Responsibilities: Event Coordination: Communicate with venues to secure bookings and finalize agreements.Organize flights, accommodation, and transport for artists, staff, and crew.Coordinate venue logistics, including schedules, production requirements, and vendor services.Ensure smooth execution of concerts and comedy shows by managing all pre-event and on-site requirements.Administrative Support: Handle scheduling, email correspondence, and meeting organization.Prepare and manage contracts, invoices, and event-related documentation.Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on tasks.Assist in project management for events and new market expansions.Personal Assistance: Support the director with personal scheduling and travel arrangements.Manage personal tasks and errands as required.Provide organizational support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.International Expansion Support: Research new markets and establish connections with local venues and vendors.Collaborate with the team to identify growth opportunities in the entertainment sector.Skills and Qualifications: Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Experience in event management or the entertainment industry is preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and scheduling tools (e.g., Outlook).Ability to work independently and adapt to changing priorities.Flexibility to work outside of standard business hours as needed.What We Offer: A dynamic role in the fast-paced and exciting entertainment industry.Opportunities for professional growth as we expand globally.A collaborative and supportive work environment.How to Apply:
