Perisher, the largest snow resort operation in the Southern Hemisphere, boasts the most reliable snow cover across 1245 hectares in Australia. Our terrain is meticulously serviced by Prinoth, utilizing a comprehensive fleet of park, winch, and general grooming machines. Featuring 5 terrain parks, 2 skier/boarder cross tracks, and over 130 groomed runs, Perisher is actively seeking staff across all skill levels, from newcomers to experienced park and winch machine operators.

In a typical night in this role, you might:
Meticulously groom and maintain ski runs to ensure optimal surface conditions for guests. Assist in the construction and upkeep of Terrain Parks. Employ techniques to enhance snow quality and increase its longevity. Work in challenging weather conditions, primarily during nighttime hours. To be considered for this role, you should have:
Previous heavy vehicle equipment experience. Previous experience operating snow grooming equipment is preferred. A strong commitment to safety protocols. Ability to adapt to changing conditions, such as varying snow and weather patterns. Effective communication skills and collaboration within a team setting. Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in late September.
