UMA is on the lookout for a Performance Media & Audience Coordinator to join their digital marketing team!
The Performance Media & Audience Coordinator will be responsible for supporting campaigns across various digital advertising platforms under the guidance of the Performance Media team.
Additionally, they will provide support to the Audience team in artist audience acquisition and engagement strategies.
This role requires a proactive attitude towards learning about digital advertising, CRM, and media technologies, paired with meticulous attention to detail and a sound understanding of core digital marketing principles is advantageous.
A genuine passion for music, artistry, and digital strategy is crucial.
The ideal candidate should be organised, adaptable, and a dynamic problem-solver.
THIS IS A 12-MONTH CONTRACT OPPORTUNITY.
The role Proficiency in campaign management, analytics, and marketing technologies is integral, alongside a dedication to staying apprised on industry trends and best practices.
Support digital advertising campaigns across various platforms such as Meta, Google Ads, DV360, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
under the guidance of the Performance Media team.
Support the Performance Media team to develop campaign strategies and objectives.
Set up and optimise biddable media campaigns to maximise ROI and achieve performance goals.
Stay updated on industry trends, new advertising platforms, and best practices in performance media.
Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, understanding key metrics and delivering actionable recommendations.
Work closely with wider teams to ensure alignment between ad creative and campaign objectives.
Identify testing opportunities and recommend strategies for continuous improvement and innovation.
Collaborate with the Audience team to integrate audience insights into campaign targeting and messaging strategies.
Aid the audience team in building appropriate segments for campaign targeting in CRM & Audience toolsets, including marketing automation software and Customer Data Platforms (CDP) Support the audience and domestic label teams in designing basic campaign landing pages using WYSIWYG software in UMA proprietary tools (no coding required).
About you Tertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, or relevant areas preferred.
1+ years of digital advertising experience across paid social is advantageous Sound understanding of fundamental marketing principles and up-to-date knowledge of the current mediascape.
Strong communication, project management, time management and analytical skills.
Ability to think creatively and strategically while working to tight deadlines.
Ability to analyse and display data in a meaningful manner whereby insightful learnings and recommendations can be made.
Some experience with social media listening & analytics tools, for example Google Analytics preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Some experience with Email Marketing software/ platforms preferred.
Some experience with "Drag n drop" or modular Web builder tools preferred.
