Our Client:
Operating in various offices around Sydney, our client has firmly established a foothold in the industry through their long-lasting expertise in property development and management.
The Role:
Reporting to an experienced, supportive Finance Manager and sitting within a high-performing team, this role suits a commercial candidate with experience in property and/or funds as well as a business services first mover with similar exposure.
Being part of this team, you will be looking after a number of funds and will be responsible for a combination of financial and management accounting duties including, but not limited to:
Month-end accounting duties Preparation of monthly and quarterly management reporting Full-function property accounting Preparation of half-year/annual papers for reporting purposes Preparation of property income budgets and forecasts and monitoring Cashflow forecasting and maintenance of inter-company loan reconciliations Preparation of monthly BAS and tax returns About You:
- 4+ years' experience in a finance related role within a commercial or chartered environment
- Property and/or funds experience essential
- CA/CPA qualified
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal
- Team player, positive attitude and proactive
