The Performance Media Manager is responsible for building, optimising and driving the success of UMA's digital media campaigns, with a focus on both artist promotion and media buying for eCommerce campaigns. The role involves utilising a variety of innovative media buying techniques to effectively promote artists and drive eCommerce performance. This is a 12-month contract role.If you're music obsessed, a team player, and have a knack for problem solving, apply now!The roleThe Performance Media Manager will support UMA labels in planning biddable media campaigns across various media including display, video, search and social, as directed by the Head of Performance Media.Managing media budgets, drafting, and revising media schedules, along with accompanying rationale.Ensuring campaigns are created and implemented to best achieve campaign performance and media efficiency goal.Using insights from a range of sources, both internal and external, to build a case for campaign strategy.Building and managing biddable media campaigns within demand side platforms and/or across partners such as Meta, Tiktok, Google Ads, DV360 etc.Working closely with the wider team to report performance and deliver campaigns in line with performance targets, and with label teams to recommend optimal content and asset creation.Acting as an optimisation expert for each buying platform used, and regularly advising labels of additional opportunities.Preparing analysis and insight to accompany reports provided to the labels.Staying apprised of opportunities for reaching the target audiences of UMA artists.About you3+ years' experience in performance marketing, with a proven track record of success in a fast-paced digital agency environmentResults-driven, a strong understanding of event tracking, app conversions and customer acquisitionExpertise across performance marketing channels such as paid search, programmatic paid socialExperience in marketing with media partners and publications; obtaining and reviewing quotes, making recommendations and negotiations etc.Ability to analyse performance of channels and shift media spend in response on a regular basisTertiary qualifications in business, marketing, commerce, media or other relevant areas are preferredStrong knowledge of reporting tools such as GA4, Meta Ads Manager and Google Looker Studio for tracking and analysing campaign performance.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, organised, adaptable and a problem-solverAbility to work collaboratively in a team environment and provide inputExcellent at working and delivering against deadlines, thinking proactively with the ability to meet goals under pressureAbout usCareer opportunities – unique and rare opportunity to elevate your career in a supportive, motivated and ambitious teamThe opportunity to join the WORLDS leading music companyAll the perks of working within the music industry (did someone say live music?)X 2 'U-Days' per calendar year to spend however you like!Strengths based learning and development opportunitiesMuch more….!DisclaimerThe company presents this job description as a guide to the major areas and duties for which the jobholder is accountable.
