Brief overview of this role: We are looking for our first dedicated Growth Marketing Manager / Performance Marketing Manager / Paid Media and Acquisition Manager, who will help Sitemate build out, optimise and scale paid/performance marketing to increase lead flow, as well as understand and optimise marketing metrics and outcomes more broadly.
This role would be great for you if you have experience in SaaS performance marketing and a deep understanding of paid marketing channels and performance with a real strength in paid search (SEM), with a track record of being able to hold a number and support a startup/scaleup in hitting its revenue targets.
We are looking for someone who leans heavily towards the data analysis and metrics side (rather than copy and/or creative - although these would be a bonus), with the ability to dig into campaign performance, double down on what's working, switch off what's not, and continuously tweak and optimise paid marketing to drive our CAC down.
There is a lot of scope to grow with us and take on more responsibility as we grow e.g layering on new experimental channels, providing value on overall marketing performance, growing a team etc.
You will have opportunities such as joining the founding marketing team, with direct exposure to and engagement from GTM leadership, the CEO and the product team. In the next 2-3 years there will be opportunities galore for people who join to catapult their career.
Employment: Full-time Based: Sydney, Australia OTE Remuneration (Including Super): AUD $120,000 - $160,000 What will I be doing day to day in this role? Creating new marketing campaigns Optimising existing SEM campaigns by digging into performance metrics Managing paid spend budget/s Analysing the funnel, including landing page performance and conversion rates Experimenting with new paid marketing channels to find the next scalable channel/s Supporting the rest of the marketing and growth team in analysing, understanding and optimising overall performance metrics What will be the biggest challenges for me in this role?
