Your New Role As the Performance Marketing Lead, you'll drive the digital marketing strategy, ensuring we reach the right customers, maximise our ROI, and accelerate business growth. You'll take the lead in managing multi-channel campaigns across paid search, social, display, and affiliate marketing, using data to refine and optimise performance. Reporting to senior leadership, your insights will shape how we achieve key metrics and propel us forward.
