Working as a Performance Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of Collections Officers to achieve positive collections outcomes. You will be the first point of contact for the client for technical and reporting queries and requests and will drive high levels of quality aligned to the client's expectations.
In this role, you will:
Manage both individual and team performance and capability Develop a high performing and high-quality environment, with clear communication of expectations Liaise directly with the client for all requests, queries, and reporting Participate in the development and implementation of customer-related strategies Identify gaps in systems and processes to ensure continuous improvement Deliver reporting to both the client and business leaders What you'll bring: Experience leading Collections teams – transport/tolls Knowledge of Contact Centre technology & Systems Technical collections knowledge and reporting skills What's in it for you: Working at Recoveriescorp, you will have access to a hybrid work environment, an allowance to update your home office, and a half day on the last Friday of every month.
