About the RoleGet ready to shine! In this role you will work closely, partnering with senior leadership, the People & Culture team, and colleagues across the business to create and drive strategies related to employment brand, employee value proposition, engagement, culture, behaviours, performance, internal communications, events, awards, and leadership.
What You'll DoOversee, manage and track the performance cycle, providing guidance to managers and employees to ensure a fair and effective process for recognition, goal setting, 1:1s, feedback and evaluations.Deliver regular surveys to measure employee engagement and lead action plan development and communication.Guide and challenge the SLT and divisional leadership teams in relation to culture, engagement, IDEB and performance.Develop engaging communication materials (including communications collateral, presentation materials, frequently asked questions, quick reference guides) to communicate strategies.Develop and execute strategies to strengthen our employment brand and employee value proposition, attracting top talent to NobleOak and supporting employee retention.Design and implement cultural and engagement initiatives, celebrations and programs to foster an inclusive and high performing work environment i.e. International Women's Day, World Pride and Mardi Gras, NAIDOC Week, Diwali, Rejuvenate July Health and Wellness Month, company events, challenges, and more – with support of the relevant committees.Develop and execute culturally relevant programs to promote a diverse and inclusive workplace, including International Women's Day, World Pride, NAIDOC Week, Diwali, Rejuvenate July and more.Monitor market practices, review and optimise policies and employee benefits packages to ensure competitiveness and alignment with employee needs and preferences.Identify and participate in awards to support external brand presence.Lead IDEB initiatives and programs to promote diversity, equity, and belonging within NobleOak.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat We're Looking For: Tertiary studies in Business, Marketing or Communication (desirable).5 years relevant HR experience in a growth environment.Strong experience in PowerPoint, Canva, Microsoft Suite and ability to create engaging presentations.Experience working with HR systems, particularly Culture AMP (desirable).
