About the role We are currently recruiting a Performance and Process Manager to join our Network Planning and Development team.
This role will be based within the Essential Energy footprint with the ability to work from home in a hybrid work environment.
The Performance and Process Manager provides strategic leadership for business improvements across process, policy, procedure, data and structure over a portfolio of functions including demand and supply management and business development, strategic planning and execution, as well as performance and risk management, to meet business needs in accordance with strategic outcomes and performance targets.
Key Responsibilities: Develop, coordinate and execute plans, strategies and performance frameworks, including supply and demand approaches, development, analysis and management of initiatives, performance reporting and evaluation, to optimise value for money outcomes and meet stakeholder needs and expectations Provide leadership in the assessment of demand and supply arrangements by analysing business trends, dynamics and opportunities, to inform business strategies and process decisions and ensure business architectural arrangements and plans will meet business needs Provide expert advice to key stakeholders on all aspects of business performance, improvement initiatives and process, to encourage innovative practices and support delivery of strategic outcomes and performance targets Establish and maintain value-based stakeholder and strategic support relationships to ensure that process and performance strategies meet business needs, enhance stakeholder engagement, and both challenge and motivate providers to optimise service outcomes Lead negotiations on high impact, complex process, performance and demand and supply arrangements and manage stakeholders to deliver optimal business outcomes About You We are seeking a specialised professional with over five years of demonstrated experience in similar management roles, showcasing a proven track record of delivering challenging performance outcomes while maintaining healthy, collaborative relationships.
Your extensive experience in applying portfolio management principles will be essential for identifying, evaluating, and prioritising potential programs that drive business value.
You will have the capacity to manage broad responsibilities and complex issues across large organisations, successfully developing and managing complex business architectural issues to achieve performance outcomes.
Exceptional skills in developing, implementing, and managing strategies and policies related to portfolio management are a must.
Strong leadership capabilities are crucial, including experience in direction setting, change management, training, and mentoring.
Required Qualification Bachelors Degree in Business or demonstrated capability through past employment experiences and/or relevant qualifications.
Desirable Graduate Certificate in Lean, Six Sigma, Quality Management or similar tertiary qualifications Why Essential Energy We offer a competitive salary package commencing from $203,500 p.a.
