Right now, we're seeking a Performance and Allocations Manager who will play their part in this shared purpose, while also supporting the progress of clients and colleagues so they can achieve great things. About the role The Performance and Allocations Manager will lead the business performance and allocations function within the Claims Management Group. This includes leading the development of reporting and the delivery of detailed analysis to drive performance and continuous iteration of the operating models across the group. The role is also accountable for the leadership of the claims allocation function which supports the appropriate initial placement and ongoing transition of clients through the claims operational model. This role will proactively work with their team of four direct reports and the broader leadership team to collaboratively support the achievement the branch and group performance objectives.,
About the Team This role is part of the Claims Management group which achieve efficient, just and cost-effective injury recovery and independence outcomes for those injured in transport accidents. You will be joining a passionate, high performing branch who work together to drive improved outcomes for Victorians who have been impacted by road trauma.
What we're looking for Proven experience in a leadership role that focused on the provision of analysis and reporting Highly developed analytical and statistical modelling skills with an understanding of Business Intelligence technologies such as SAS E-Guide & SAS VA Strong stakeholder relationship development and management Strong stakeholder management, engagement and communication skills Expertise in translating data into actionable insights Ability to tell a compelling story from the analysis of complex information to provide recommendations that influence decision making, solve business problems and drive performance outcomes Demonstrated experience in leading a high performing team and providing coaching, support and direction to team members ensuing business objectives are achieved.
