The Claims Contracts business is a leading provider of out-sourced personal injury claims management services, especially within the NSW Workers Compensation scheme.
The Performance Advisor role exists to support the NSW Workers Compensation Business to achieve required performance and quality to maximise customer outcomes and minimise remuneration deductions under claims management contracts.
Working closely with the Performance Senior Advisor/s to focus on performance and quality requirements specific to the needs of the Claims Contracts business and meeting performance and compliance obligations under contracts and service standards with our clients, such as icare.
The role will work collaboratively with the Claims Leadership/Teams by monitoring claims performance and quality, providing innovative solutions, and enhancing procedures.
What you'll do: Collate results & key drivers that impact portfolio performanceQuestion claims performance to drive solutions to achieve enhanced performanceUnderstand Quality Assurance performance to meet obligations under the icare QA frameworkWork closely with Claims Leadership/Teams to communicate and action focus areasActively promote the identification and discussion of improvements, innovations and change as a part of the claims & injury management approach.What you'll bring: Minimum 3 years' experience in managing NSW Workers Compensation claimsExperience in dealing with data and directing business attentionProficient with Microsoft Office including Excel and PowerPointStrong Technical, Injury Management and Strategic understanding in claimsDemonstrated ability to deliver effective claims analysis and insight.Our culture: Working as part of Suncorp you will have access to an unparalleled range of job opportunities across insurance and corporate services.
