This role is responsible for: Consulting with Hiring Managers: Collaborating with stakeholders and hiring managers to understand their business requirements, key drivers, issues and specifics for each vacancy. Enhance Candidate and Stakeholder Experience: Establishing and maintaining a high level of trust with stakeholders and applicants through active communication, responding to queries in a timely manner thereby creating a positive recruitment experience. Developing Recruitment Strategies: Creating and implementing effective recruitment plans to proactively identify, attract and assess talent to build a mobile, diverse and competent workforce aligned with CEA's objectives. Providing Market Insights: Providing insights, knowledge and analysis of talent availability, industry market trends and salary benchmarking and mapping. Contributing to Organisation Culture: Assessing and promoting CEA workplace values and behaviours to foster an engaged, inclusive and high performing workforce. Demonstrated 1 – 3 years of experience in a similar position. Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and negotiate effective outcomes. A high level of analytical and problem-solving skills including efficient administration skills. Being adaptable with the ability to identify risk and opportunities whilst exercising sound judgement.
