About the role You will lead employee enquiries resolutions, People & Culture (P&C) administration activity, continuous improvements and optimisations to support the evolution of our people systems.
Additionally, a key focus of this role is to offer systems support, configuration, data structures, integration and user support for the following systems.
We are seeking an individual who is passionate about supporting the current people systems with a view to transform our people systems at Ampol.
Key responsibilities Act as the SAP SuccessFactors systems specialist for all P&C system users and escalation of next level HRIS issues to IT business systems or external vendors.
System Administration, Configuration and User Support services for SAP Success Factors.
Monitor system performance, data integrity, providing recommendations and direct actions to sustain or enhance capability.
Liaise with business users and external system support teams to provide updates Manage Success Factors system upgrades, Monitoring of background jobs and tasks; performance tuning; capacity planning; data integration and patch release management Work with vendors as required for any particular enhancements including financial aspects About you Proven ability to manage communicate effectively at both a business and technical level ensuring an enhanced user experience.
Ensuring timely and effective updates to the system and resolution of issues impacting operations.
Key skills and experience Extensive experience in SAP SuccessFactors systems administration (hands on configuration) working in a complex organisation Deep and broad knowledge of HR processes gained in an organisation with contemporary HR practices Hands on process improvement/continuous improvement experience as well as experiencing in leading a team to deliver improvements.
In depth understanding of HR systems architecture (at the database, business logic, integration and presentation layers), systems operation and user issues including an awareness of IT systems and HR administration processes.
Demonstrated advance knowledge of Success Factors and SAP including downstream systems.
Ability to solve technical configuration and data integration problems.
