We are hiring a People & Culture Administrator to join Southern Cross Care (NSW & ACT) on a Full-Time permanent role based in Epping, NSW.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be apart of a proactive People & Culture team providing administration support across the team incorporating updating and maintaining our HIRS, compliance reporting, internal staff inquiries, external inquiries from stakeholders, general P&C administration and project-based tasks.
Australian Citizenship or Permanent residency status essential (We do not offer sponsorship for this particular role) Full time 5 days in the office Monday – Friday until confident on Systems then Hybrid working 3 days office 2 days from home thereafter Demonstrated experience working in Administrator roles, Ideally in HR capacity Strong communication skills both verbal and written Ability to manage multiple priorities, ensuring accurate timely record keeping and communication with key parties Comfortable picking up / working on various systems Patients and attention to detail is essential Confidence being the first point of contact for all enquires into the department Desirable although not essential would be any HR related certifications or qualifications What's in it for you?
