Become an essential part of our internal recruitment team, assisting in the onboarding of key site service roles, checking compliance at the start of the process and organising Fit for Work checks.
Liaising with key stakeholders to fulfill client labour demands and requests as well as sourcing high volume talent with our team of recruiters.
Key responsibilities and deliverables: • Effective administration of onboarding processes and systems to support site operations.
• Perform compliance audits of current onboarding candidates to ensure the correct process has been implemented and candidates are fully compliant for site.
• Coordinate activities between recruitment and existing labour planning/scheduling to add 'top-up.' labour to skill pools as required.
• Manage and assist with Labour Hire demands and delegate the resource requests to the team.
• Ensure quality and compliance standards for skills and qualifications are maintained for agency supplied resources.
• Coordinate with agencies and individuals supplied, to ensure compliance is met for site inductions and onboarding to meet site expectations.
• Requesting labour requirements from external Labour Hire agencies, followed by receiving candidates to allocate to scheduled works.
• Maintain OPMS data records for Labour Hire resources.
• Work collaboratively with personnel across all business units.
• Exemplify and encourage the core values of the business.
• Review, sign and manage people related documents such as Contracts of Employment & Change of Contracts.
• Collaborate with division leadership & other stakeholders to develop, update, and implement end-to-end processes.
• Assist the recruitment Site Leads with process reporting, updates and high volume resourcing.
ABOUT YOU • Previous experience in a Recruitment Administration position, ideally within the mining/ Resources sector.
• Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, including adapting communication styles to suit different audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team and be solution focused.
• Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office and business systems.
• Independent, self-motivated with commitment to deliver outcomes and objectives.
• Proven ability to consistently meet deadlines.
• Enthusiastic, adaptable, and willing to make a difference.
