The Opportunity MinRes is seeking a dynamic and experienced People Programs Administrator who embodies a great positive can-do attitude to join our People team. Reporting to the Manager of Organisational Development, you will play a crucial role in supporting various divisions and ensuring the smooth functioning of our daily activities. You will be responsible for various administrative tasks while maintaining a helpful and proactive approach to challenges.
Assist in project coordination and track progress across various initiatives. Handle inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Provide administrative support to ensure efficiency across the broader team. Your Experience & Skills Proven experience as a Business Support Administrator or in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team. A positive attitude and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. High level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
