We're looking for a dynamic People and Performance Manager (Implementor) to join our team, helping us continue our mission of delivering exceptional service and fostering a high-performance culture.Role Overview:As the People and Performance Manager, you will be pivotal in driving the development of a high-performing team. This role involves overseeing the Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams, while focusing on wider team development through Recognition and Reward programs. You will manage the recruitment process, enforce company policies, and ensure alignment with DNTL Code's values. Your goal will be to create an inspiring, supportive, and accountable work environment, while strategising and implementing pathways that lead to positive outcomes for patients, the team, and the business.Key Responsibilities:Conduct monthly Recognition and Reward meetings to motivate and uplift the team, while also addressing and strategising around any underperformance.Keep the team accountable and ensure consistent adherence to DNTL Code's standards and policies.Chair the weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual leadership strategic meetings, developing rocks (goals) that lead to positive outcomes.Strategise and implement pathways leading to positive outcomes for patients, the team, and business growth.Manage the recruitment lifecycle, from advertising to interviewing and nurturing candidates in the recruitment pool, ensuring you are "putting the right people in the right seats."
Work closely with the Operations, Marketing, and Finance leads, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.Support team performance by conducting monthly reviews, setting goals, and providing and receiving constructive feedback.Assist in building and maintaining a strong workplace culture in line with DNTL Code's values.Provide leadership in developing team members, offering mentorship and opportunities for growth.DNTL Code Values:At DNTL Code, our core values of confidence, proactivity, gratitude, and innovation guide everything we do. We are looking for someone who not only leads with integrity and fairness but who also finds excitement in stepping out of their comfort zone, embraces a growth mindset, and strives to build a culture of trust and continuous improvement.Work Schedule & Compensation:Initially recruiting for 20 hours per week with flexibility around working hours (e.g., school hours), and the possibility of working some hours from home.There is an expectation for a certain number of hours to be spent on-site to maintain the culture, engage with and support the team.Opportunity to increase hours based on achieving scorecard goals and high performance.Potential for bonuses based on high performance.This role offers continuous development opportunities for the right candidate to grow and shape the position over time.Must have the ability to travel as the role grows.Annual package of: $90k-$120k. $90k per year pro-rata + $10k treatment bonus+ performance bonus*.*Bonus – You will be expected to bring your experience and skills to this newly developed role to achieve scorecard goals that drive team performance, positive patient outcomes and business profitability.Characteristics & Skills:Proven experience in managing people and team performance.Strong knowledge of recruitment processes and experience in hiring across multiple departments.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and engage teams.Reliable, proactive, and able to lead with integrity and fairness.Ability to "switch off" from work and maintain a healthy work-life balance.Flexible and open to stepping out of your comfort zone to face new challenges.Open-minded and eager to learn, this role will require training in all aspects of the business, clinical and administrative to develop a "full circle" understanding.Growth mindset with a passion for continuous personal and professional development.Why DNTL Code?Join a progressive clinic that combines cutting-edge dental and dermal care.
