This includes developing and advising on policy and driving the implementation of a range of people related procedures and processes across the employee lifecycle including (but not limited to) Workforce Planning, People Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance, Engagement, Retention, Talent Management, Development & Learning, Reward and Recognition, Mobility and Leaving.Responsibilities will include:Strategic Partnership:
Work closely with stakeholders to align People initiatives with business objectives, including workforce planningEmpowering the workforce:
Supporting leaders and employees to enable their growth and development through performance, talent management and learning opportunitiesInformation – Business Advice – Compliance:
Provide advice on the development, interpretation and application of policies and procedures, resolving queries and issues, ensuring full complianceInternal Client Relationship Management:
