More About the Role at Qantas As a People Operations Intern, you will immerse yourself in relevant Qantas policies, procedures and frameworks and be responsible for responding to all incoming Qantas employee and business manager queries received via a number of channels (including phone and email). You will provide an exceptional level of service while guiding the customer through processes, tools or information that will address their need at first point of contact, as well as process all follow-up transactions, information updates and any necessary escalation. Your responsibilities may include: - Partnering with the People & Culture Community in delivering generalist HR support across all departments of the Qantas Group - Assisting HR Business Partners and managers with Workday queries? - Providing quality and consistent service through the People Services Knowledge Library - Proactively participating in coaching, training & development opportunities You will be ideally be studying a Human Resources degree, and be looking for a placement that can show you how HR works 'behind the scenes' to support a large corporate business.
