About the AllianceThe Torrens to Darlington (T2D) Alliance, comprising of John Holland, Bouygues Construction, Arcadis Australia, Jacobs and Ventia, has successfully secured the contract to deliver the final 10.5km section of the North-South Corridor, contributing to a long-lasting legacy for the community and people of Adelaide.
The project scope is concentrated on a 10.5km motorway, including more than 4kms of twin three lane tunnels, road and bridge construction and complex M&E installations.
Open to traffic in 2031, the T2D alliance will offer the people of Adelaide an incredible opportunity to be a part of an iconic project, career stability and the opportunity for career progression and development.
About the RoleEnsure successful execution of all human resource functional operations for the Alliance Construction Partners, which may include developing HR initiatives, establishing and embedding of policies, and optimising the utilisation of the HR Shared Services Model.
What you will do:Recommend human resource objectives and methods in consultation with other managementDevelop and manage stakeholder groups across the projectControl and coordinate activities such as personal administration, employment relations, wage & salary administration, security, health & safety, employee benefits, remuneration, induction and activities relating to EEO and affirmative action.Administer remuneration policies which may include advising on competitive conditions and internal remuneration anomalies, and preparing remuneration review to enable business managers to conduct reviews effectively and efficientlyMaintain and review the project workforce plan and initiate appropriate action in relation to the organisation's use and development of employeesEnsure personnel records are maintained to meet employee, organisation and statutory requirementsEnsure organisation's training activities are planned to meet current and future organisation + employee needs and satisfy government requirementsRepresent the organisation in dealings with employer groups, industry associations, government authorities and other relevant bodies as requiredPrepare budgets and other management plans Manage the human resource team, where appropriateEnsure all activities comply with relevant Acts, legal demands and ethical standardsBuild and encourage cultural diversityWhat we are looking for:Qualifications: Post graduate qualification in Business Administration, Business Management, Law or Employee RelationsExperience: Demonstrated experience providing strategic HR leadership and senior level experience across relevant HR disciplines.Leadership skills and the ability to create effective teams.Knowledge of human resources in the Australian and International industry.Demonstrates contractual and commercial awareness.Management experience in performance management and addressing under performance as required.Understands national and state regulatory frameworks, systems and key risks.Your success is reflected in ours, so we're committed to being an employer of choice.
