What Is the CIPD Apprenticeship?The Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) is the leading professional body for HR and people development. By undertaking this apprenticeship, you will gain practical experience, recognized qualifications, and the confidence to lead in HR or L&D within the Trust.

What Are the Entry Requirements?For Level 5, experience in HR or people management would be beneficial, but not essential.
Commitment: You should be able to commit to the apprenticeship for its full duration (typically 18-24 months).
