We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced PX Systems and Insights Specialist to manage and optimize our HR technology systems. This role will play a pivotal part in managing, maintaining, and enhancing our Talent and People systems, as well as extracting valuable insights from HR data to drive strategic decision-making. What you'll do... HR Systems Management: Administer and maintain our ATS ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and compliance with relevant regulations. Serve as the primary point of contact for Talent/ Recruitment systems-related inquiries and troubleshooting (e.g. Sterling, Linked In, Glassdoor, Lever). Manage relationships with HR system vendors, including contract negotiation, renewals, issue resolution, and performance monitoring. Collaborate with Enterprise Technology, Talent Experience and other stakeholders to implement system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations. Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for Talent Systems processes and procedures. Data Analytics and Reporting: Design and generate insightful reports and dashboards to track key Talent metrics, identify trends, & inform decision-making. Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support specific PX initiatives and projects. Collaborate with PX team members to translate data insights into actionable recommendations. Utilize your expertise in data analysis tools and techniques (e.g. R, SPSS) to extract meaningful insights from our Talent Systems. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate HR systems and processes to identify opportunities for optimization and automation. Lead or participate in projects to streamline HR operations and improve efficiency. Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in HR technology and data analytics. Training and Support: Provide training and support to PX and TX team members and other system users on effectively utilizing HR systems. Develop and deliver training materials, user guides, and other resources. Critical competencies... Proficiency in HRIS platforms/ HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP Success Factors, Lever, Sterling, Qualtrics). Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL) and reporting software. Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving skills. Project management skills. Strong attention to detail and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Experience... Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
