The Role: Reporting to the Head of People Experience, this is a true generalist role that offers a unique blend of responsibilities with a strong focus on change management. You will have the opportunity to work on a variety of exciting and critical projects, influencing and partnering with all areas of the business to help drive HIF's people strategy forward.
In this role, you will:
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve people-related issues, providing practical advice on employee relations, PX policies, and industrial matters. Lead and implement change management initiatives, including planning, communication, and stakeholder engagement, to support organisational transitions and ensure smooth integration of new processes. Oversee the PX operating rhythm, driving culture-related processes and metrics, including employee surveys, performance reviews, and other key employee experience initiatives. Manage and enhance our suite of employee benefits, tracking their impact on employee engagement and ensuring alignment with business goals. Champion diversity and inclusion efforts in line with our D&I plan, promoting an inclusive workplace where everyone feels valued and respected. Serve as a culture ambassador, influencing, educating, and promoting HIF's vision, values, and purpose at all levels of the organization. Provide support in the facilitation of training, onboarding, and recruitment as needed, ensuring a seamless experience for new and existing team members. Skills & Attributes: Proven experience in a generalist HR role, with demonstrated ability in change management. Relevant qualifications in human resources or related discipline. Strong knowledge of employee relations and people policies. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of the organisation. A passion for culture and employee experience, with a proactive and innovative approach to improving workplace engagement. Experience leading diversity and inclusion initiatives. Ability to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously while being a collaborative team player.
