About the RoleIn this newly created role, you will be a critical member of the People Experience team. You and your partner in crime, our current People Experience Coordinator will have true generalist roles managing first level employee queries, administering employee changes, supporting our Advisors with end-to-end recruitment and general Advisory matters, giving you great exposure and a career path. The position reports to our Group PX Operations & Payroll Manager but will take daily instruction from our Advisors. We are a team that enjoys working closely with our stakeholders, being able to provide high level and professional customer service, eating amazing cakes and hearing what we all got up to on the weekend. What you will be doingYou will hit the ground running having proven experience in the following:
Ownership of the recruitment, onboarding, offboarding and learning systems including ConnX, HR Onboard, CultureAMP and EdApp.Processing cyclical HR Transactions throughout the employee life cycle for 650+ employees ranging from casuals to full-timers and under a variety of awards where applicable.Supporting Advisors to manage the end to end recruitment process ensuring the greatest candidate care and meeting Managers expectations, bringing in candidates aligned to our Code.Maintaining employee records sensitively.Being a part of broader company initiatives and project teams.
