The OpportunityWe currently have an opportunity for a self-motivated, enthusiastic and passionate People Experience Administrator to join our high performing team on a full-time basis. Guided by the current HR team, the People Experience Administrator is responsible for assisting the HR team with people administration requirements and ensuring Wilson & Bradley provides an excellent employee experience.
From onboarding to offboarding,  the People Experience Administrator will form a valuable part of a passionate team, assisting with delivering excellent support to our employees across the country.
ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities include; Accurately and efficiently perform general HR administrative duties.Create, schedule and monitor employee induction schedules nationally.Ensure induction schedules provide an industry-leading onboarding experience and new employees are set up for success in their roles.'Meet and Greet' new Victorian employees on their first day, showing them to their desk and direct manager.Maintain accurate employee records via our HRIS (Employment Hero).Upholding and demonstrating all Wilson & Bradley valuesAssist with employee contract creation if required.Help organise pre-employment checks on potential candidates.Create new employee paperwork and onboard employees into the HRIS if required.Remind department managers of employee probationary periods and follow up on completion.Offboard employees in HRIS when required and ensure end-of-lifecycle procedures are followed.Manage the service recognition program nationally.Creation of quarterly employee newsletter, brainstorming new content ideas.Coordinate morning teas for VIC branch staff, liaising with interstate staff.Support with implementing engagement initiatives nationally, highlighting opportunities as they are identified.Ensure employee onboarding and offboarding surveys are completed, liaising with managers if needed.Operate in your role in accordance with company policies and procedures and relevant legislation.
