The focus of the role will be to build a genuine business partner relationships with key internal stakeholders to enable them to meet their operational and strategic goals.
This role will develop professional relationships across the business and to act as a trusted employee and industrial relations advisor to the management team for people and employment issues.
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture this role covers all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Key deliverables will include: Enhancing business partnering Employee relations and supporting stakeholders on complex workplace matters Be the lead role in the advocacy of employee relations issues for staff and business leaders Providing input to the enterprising bargaining process Lead the development of HR policy and procedures to ensure they are current and in line with best practice Supporting stakeholders in organisational change Ownership of several keys people projects This role will suit an experienced generalist who is consultative and can influence at all levels across a business.
You will be experienced in dealing with employee and industrial relations issues and be able to work with complex and sensitive situations.
Additionally, you will be a creative and strategic thinker, have strong project management skills, enjoy coaching leaders and building relationships and be pragmatic in your approach.
