About the role
The People & Development Systems & Projects Manager drives organisational capability for People & Development, focusing on continuous improvement of the people and development systems.
What you will do
Support the development and implementation of People & Development policies, procedures, and processes.
Identify, develop, and implement management tools and systems for People & Development.
Provide training, education, supervision, and coaching for consistent use of People & Development systems.
Monitor and report on the application and performance of People & Development systems.
Identify, assess, and manage risks associated with People & Development.
Oversee and manage a program of continuous improvement for People & Development.
Lead key People & Development projects, including organisation-wide initiatives.
You will bring
Significant experience at a senior level in health, disability, aged care, or social services.
Tertiary qualification in a relevant field.
Proven experience in developing and delivering quality reports and data analysis.
Thorough knowledge of people management practices.
Ability in project and policy management with a teambuilding approach.
Effective communication skills, both orally and in writing.
Understanding of legislation, industry standards, and regulations in employment and aged care.
Demonstrated project management experience with problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
