The teamPeople & Development (P&D) are responsible for delivering people initiatives that are aligned with business strategy.
The team delivers initiatives, advice and services that support Senior Executives, People Leaders and employees during their careers with ASIC.
The roleAs the People and Development Advisor, you will:
Play a pivotal role in providing executive and project support to our Chief People, Culture & Transformation Officer (CPCTO).Support the implementation of key initiatives and regular HR activities.Partner with the CPCTO and senior leadership to coordinate comprehensive responses, submissions, and briefings for commission committees and government agency forums.Assist the CPCTO in strategic and operational communications and provide administrative support for CPCTO-related projects.Develop and implement project communication plans in collaboration with the Employee Communications team.Oversee the content and management of the P&D SharePoint Hub and other channels, ensuring clear and effective messaging.Support the CPCTO in timely and effective issues management and business planning activities.Monitor and report on key people risk and business plan performance to inform decision-making.About youTertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline (HR experience preferred but not essential).Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with experience delivering project communication plans.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong working relationships.Proven experience in project and change management, with a proactive and independent approach.Proficiency with HR information systems is advantageous.About ASICASIC's remit is one of the broadest of regulators across the world.
