Location: Brisbane / Hybrid About the role: We are looking for a People Data System Analyst to join our People and Development Division. You will be part of a collaborative team and responsible for providing support, delivering change, and maintaining Employee and Payroll Systems.
Be an effective business partner to the Payroll team, acting as the first point of call for anything payroll systems related, recommending and managing any actions to completion. Analyse system errors and recommend solutions. Ensure all functional and process requirements and improvements are understood and implemented, which may include the assessment of proposed changes and improvements and ensuring alignment to business needs and overall governance. Configure and implement system changes in the areas of SAP Time Evaluation and Payroll, or general SAP HR table configuration. Assist/perform data conversion activities for business as usual or project initiatives using reporting tools and LSMW. Provide relevant training and development where appropriate to Employee and Payroll Services teams. Liaise with system developers including internal partners and external vendors to achieve robust technical solutions for business outcomes. Ensure that all documentation is adequately captured and updated. Create, maintain and run reports as required using a variety of reporting tools and technologies About you: Experience working with HR/Payroll, Time Attendance systems, Power BI and SAP experience essential. Demonstrated high level of analytical and problem-solving skills. Experience in configuration of SAP Time, Payroll and general SAP HR related configuration. Demonstrated experience with SAP reporting tools, Spinifex preferred.
