Job DescriptionYour new role: This exciting newly-created opportunity supports the Workforce Strategy and Business Partnering team, within the People function, by producing high-quality workforce data, reports, and analysis. As the People Data and Reporting Analyst, you will work within a collaborative and dynamic team, helping to implement a brand-new people analytics tool into business to produce insightful workforce data and insights. Your work will focus on enhancing data quality, ensuring accurate capture of people data, while providing advice and guidance on best practices for people data management, integrity, and reporting.
Key Responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance on best practice people data management, integrity and reporting.Collaborate within the team to identify and develop customised reporting and dashboards of workforce metrics.Conduct in depth analysis of People data to identify trends, correlations, and areas of greatest risk, providing targeted insights to team and business.Support data requirements aligned to business unit workforce plans, strategic objectives and broader business workforce strategies.Act as a technical data steward and support data advocacy through data audits to ensure ongoing data integrity and compliance.Desired Skills and ExperienceWhat you need to excel: You will possess below technical expertise and experience:
Proven experience in data analysis with a strong desire to deliver impactful reporting and analytics.Strong analytical skills to interpret and present complex data.Advanced skills with Excel.Knowledge and understanding of HR data, workforce planning practises and systems (is highly desirable but not essential).More importantly, a self-motivated person who is team-oriented, invested and committed to make a difference and genuine impact.CSC's Core Competencies reflect the key sets of skills, knowledge, experience, and behaviours required to perform your role effectively.
