To be a superstar in this role you will come with excellent data analysis and numerical skills. During your day to day activities you will provide quality data and insights across the business, working across a variety of platforms and systems with a focus on developing, modifying and enhancing reports to improve efficiencies in this space.
Key responsibilities As the P & C Reporting Advisor you will create and manage reporting insight for the People & Culture team and the wider business.
Build, monitor, modify and maintain SAP reporting using SAP reports, dashboards, discovery boards, worksheets and slides Drive the delivery of all cyclical and ad hoc P&C reports, for example recruitment metrics, employee turnover and Payroll reporting Lead and execute the P&C metrics and analysis for the monthly/quarterly reports and annual management reports Design, build and automate P&C reporting and metrics Evaluate, maintain and improve P&C data integrity and work to rectify inconsistencies through process improvement Deliver accurate P&C reports and analysis with key data observations and insights about trends to aid in building effective people strategies Conduct research and analysis of business needs to understand functional and business requirements and complete options analysis where required Work closely with the People & Culture Systems Analyst to simplify distribution methods and ensure reports continue to be fit for purpose Support key projects, as required About you The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who has the passion and drive to research, extract and present a range of data and reports as requested across a variety of areas. You are flexible, consultative and approachable with excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail to find efficiencies that will benefit the business.
