Our Head Office in North Melbourne provides the strategic direction and support services for Wintringham's residential, housing, community care and NDIS services.
Your new role Wintringham's People & Culture Team provides key operational and strategic human resources management assistance and support.
An exciting opportunity exists for a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our friendly and tight-knit People & Culture Team as the People & Culture Officer on a Casual Basis.
This position is based at our Head Office in North Melbourne (on Wurrundjeri Woi Wurrung Country).
Reporting to the Senior People & Culture Business Partner, you will provide support for a range of functions within the team and for internal clients.
Your duties and responsibilities will also include (but are not limited to): Provide support for a range of administrative and recruitment activities (such as application shortlisting & interview organising) to the People & Culture Business Partners and Talent Acquisition Officer Administer core quality P&C systems (such as motor vehicle inspection checks, AHPRA registrations) & ensuring accuracy and a systematic approach to record keeping Provide back up support for Reception when required Effectively support Wintringham's People & Culture transformation through the implementation of change management initiatives in collaboration with the People & Culture Manager and team About you You have or are working towards a qualification in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
Your excellent emotional intelligence, interpersonal communication skills and attention to detail will be supported by the following: Previous experience in a similar role within People & Culture or experience in an administrative or customer service role Intermediate IT skills - Microsoft suite of products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and pragmatically with a diverse range of people, from varying backgrounds.
Commitment to always maintaining strict confidentiality Excellent verbal and written communication skills This sounds great.
