If you are passionate about Unleashing People Power, coaching and driving positive change, consider this opportunity.Leading the People & Culture Team in WA, this role will drive a safe and diverse culture that nurtures, rewards & recognizes our talent, and supports the acquisition and retention of our valued employees.The key areas of responsibility for the P&C Manager in WA are:Developing and executing the People, Culture and Engagement plans within the State to drive a positive high-performance culture.Leading the safety and wellness initiatives across the state and keeping abreast of any State specific safety legislation and best practice to improve processes and minimise injury.Mediate and support any Employee Relations / Industrial Relations issues.Coach and support line managers as required in relation to Employee Relations / Industrial Relations issues.Leading Succession planning and workforce planning within the State.Supporting Recognition, Engagement, and Retention programs and activities within the State.Developing and implementing comprehensive recruitment strategies to attract top talent within the State.Executing Training programs within the State.Strategic Business Partnering with the General Manager for WA.We are seeking an applicant who has:A passion for all things People; developing a dynamic workforce, ER/IR & Safety experience.Leadership capability to lead and develop a team of 4 including a P&C Advisor and Training Coaches.People & Culture experience within a large scale workforce.Please apply now through SEEK to be considered for this exciting opportunity.
