About the RoleWe are seeking a dynamic People and Culture Manager to lead and elevate the People & Culture function.
Reporting to our newly appointed Chief People Officer and working closely with the executive team, you will play a key role in driving positive change and ensuring the P&C team moves from a reactive to a proactive approach.This is not a typical HR management role; you will be hands-on, leading by example, and addressing key post-merger challenges between the Sunbury and Cobaw sites.
You will help foster a unified culture, improve HR processes, and address performance and legacy issues.
Key projects will include streamlining recruitment processes, leading workforce planning initiatives, enhancing L&D capabilities, policy review & process standardisation and refining HR systems.
