Here, you'll be part of the team, empowered to explore more, experience more and supported by your leader to grow and develop.The roleThis role will strategically partner with Executive General Managers as well as leading a small team of Business Partners to drive the evolution of strategic business partnering at Crown Perth. This role will also be responsible for all case management at Crown Perth, with the support of a P&C Advisor, which includes coaching and advising leaders on performance management, up to and including termination, reporting on cases, including but not limited for boards and committees as well as policy feedback, ensuring we comply with legislation to mitigate risk to the business.Key responsibilitiesSupport the business in motivating employees towards high standards of performance by overseeing practices of coaching, feedback, reward and recognition, performance counselling, and career development planning on an ongoing basis.Provide timely and effective advice to the business that is relevant to P&C practice and people management.Provide advice to business units during periods of significant change.Coach and influence business unit stakeholders to support and drive P&C initiatives.Manage relationships across the company and with a wide variety of partners based on trust, teamwork and knowledge.Serve as a key member advising the Executive Leadership Team that is responsible for P&C processes and delivery of key P&C initiatives in support of the overall P&C strategy.Development of workforce strategies for assigned Business Unit.About youDemonstrated P&C technical experience in a similar leadership roleExperience in supporting strategy development and business planning.Experience managing reports or evidence of leadership capability.Ability to influence and build strong relationships around the businessDemonstrated experience working in an ever-changing environment and fast-paced industryPlease note this is an initial 6 month maternity cover contract.What you can expect from usOn top of exciting career possibilities, we offer better exposure to experiences and learning.
