About the role
Reporting directly to the CEO, this is an interim position that will provide expert and influential leadership on people and culture matters in alignment with Lort Smith's strategic direction.
This role requires a professional HR Generalist, experienced working at the executive leadership level.
You will have tertiary qualifications, and experience working in the not-for-profit sector will be highly regarded.
Based at our North Melbourne location, this position is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of our People and Culture functions across both sites.
