Our client is one of Australia's leading private, family-owned companies in the grocery industry selling continental goods across Australia.
This role will see you working proactively with the People & Culture Business Partner, managers, and employees to ensure that the people needs of the business are met.
Position Summary: The role will be responsible for providing a broad range of administrative support across the employee lifecycle including: * Coordinating the onboarding and offboarding process * Personal file management and HRIS optimisation * Integrating new software * Performing diagnostic tests * Maintaining databases * Analysing data ensuring data integrity * Provide training and running queries/reports as required * Heavily involved in HRIS system management & project-based activities * Process improvements and documentation The P&C HRIS Administrator's key responsibilities are: * HRIS system Administration and Maintenance * General – Human Resources * Occupational, Health and Safety procedures The following criteria must be met for consideration for this position: Essential: * A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills * Accuracy in interpreting data (HR analytics) and reporting * Strong team player, friendly and approachable * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Demonstrated problem-solving/analytics skills + deliver creative solutions * Ability to exercise judgment and know when to ask for help * Excellent organizational and coordination skills * Ability to prioritise workload and meet deadlines * Strong attention to detail * Flexible and adaptable Ideally, you will have previous experience of working in a similar role and with HRIS systems.
All candidates will be required to undertake a National Police Check and must have full Australian working rights i.e.
Permanent Residency or Citizenship.
The position is based in the office 5 days per week and will initially be a temp-to-perm position.
